Known as a professional in Japanese cuisine, Chef Miguel Bértolo will be particpating in a Four-Hand Dinner with the chef Dhiego Silva on the 16th and 17th of July at the Epic SANA Algarve and Albufeira.
The Epic SANA algarve, in the Falésia neighborhood of Albufeira, will be the center of a contemporary Japanese dinner made by the hands of two chefs. Chef Dhiego Silva, who designed the menu of UDDO, joins Miguel Bértolo, known for his mastery in the art of sushi and Asian cuisine.
