We guarantee the best price found up to a maximum of 10% on the best available rate on our website.
How it works?
- Book a room on our website www.sanahotels.com, Hotel or SANA Contact Center and you will receive a confirmation number for your reservation.
- If, within 24 hours after making your reservation, you find a lower price for the same hotel, on the same dates, for the same room type, with the same payment, guarantee and cancellation conditions, please send us an email with your reservation number, link to the website in question and a print screen of the offer (in the final step).
The request must be submitted to: firstname.lastname@example.org ou email@example.com.
- The original reservation must allow for cancellation or modification free of charge, at the time the claim is made. Not applicable to non-refundable bookings.
- Our team will verify that the price is still available online and that the above conditions are met. We will respond to your email within a maximum period of 24 hours, and if so, we will amend your reservation in accordance with the above conditions.
- Our Best Price Guarantee applies to rates available to the public at www.sanahotels.com. The best price guaranteed policy will not apply to negotiated rates with companies, groups, associations, vouchers, travel agencies, other entities or SANA Hotels employees, and rates corresponding to promotions and special rates, namely for extended rates, are not covered. SANA Hotels is not responsible for any taxes resulting from changes or cancellations of reservations, on websites other than the official website.
- The Best Price Guaranteed claim must be made within 24 hours after booking, and must be accompanied by the reservation number, as well as the link to the website in question and a print screen of the offer (in the final step), within a maximum period of 24 hours after booking.
- Applies to bookings for the same room type, on the same dates and hotel and with the same payment, guarantee and cancellation conditions available at the time the team is processing the booking confirmation.
- The claimed rate must be available to the public for reservation at the time our team will verify. Otherwise, the price available at the time of verification will be considered.
- Compared Price must include VAT and exclude city tax.
- The original reservation must allow for cancellation or modification free of charge, at the time the Best Price Guaranteed claim is made. Not applicable to non-refundable bookings.
- The best price guarantee policy does not apply to rates available on sites such as Priceline.com, Hotwire.com, other similarly operated locations and their affiliates who do not reveal the hotel brand until the booking is complete.
- When the Best Price Guarantee claim is made for two or more consecutive nights (for the same hotel) the Best Price Guaranteed applies to the price per night and not to the total price of the stay.
- If the price on the other website is shown in a different currency than that shown on www.sanahotels.com, the team will convert the price to the same currency shown on www.sanahotels.com at the time of the original booking. After price conversion, SANA Hotels reserves the right to refuse the claim, especially if the price difference results from the fact that the two sites use different exchange rates, or there are price differences resulting from fluctuations or changes in the exchange rates.
- This procedure is applied to all SANA Hotels units in Portugal.
SANA Hotels is not responsible for any taxes resulting from changes or cancellations of reservations, on websites other than the official website – www.sanahotels.com.
SANA Hotels reserves the right to change the conditions or terminate the Best Price Guarantee, at any time and without prior notice, except for situations already claimed and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the claim.
